What to do?
Once you have decided on your chosen artwork(s) the next step is to contact us by e-mail of your interest. Upon receiving your e-mail, one of our representatives will contact you and discuss your contract details and the delivery of the artwork(s) in question.
- please note that our rental service is not available outside of Finland
- minimum rental contract is three months
- maximum rental contract is one year but can also be renewed

Wanting to purchase?
All of our artwork can be purchased by any interested party or customer. Any interested party wanting to purchase specific artwork(s) whilst under a rental contract by another client, can only be sold at the end of the rental contract from the previous renter has expired and is free to be sold.
How much does it cost?
- the rental fee depends on the retail value of the artwork(s)
- rental fee does not cover the cost of insurance, delivery or collection of the artwork(s); these expenses are covered by the client
- the first rental payment must cover the minimum rental period of three months and cleared before any artwork(s) is given or delivered to the client
- if the client wants to purchase the rented artwork(s), all already paid rental fees will be deducted from the artwork(s) total purchase price
Delivery and installation
Artwork(s) are ready for installations on arrival. Delivery and installation cost are not included in the rental price, but we are happy to co-ordinate delivery and installation in the southern Finland area on your behalf.
Upon expiration of rental contract
Upon expiration of any previous rental contract, the client may choose to renew, continue, exchange work for something new (rental fee will be checked) or terminate the rental contract. If a previous client has a specific artwork(s) the client wishes to extend the rental contract for or to buy the artwork, but the rental contract has expired or is just about to expires, then that specific artwork(s) in question will be given to the new owner who has rented or buys it. For this reason to help us accommodate you to the best of our abilities, we hope that you would give us advance warning of your interest of renewal or purchasing at least three months before rental contract expires.

Terms and Conditions
1.
The term artwork in this document refers to original artwork(s) created by artist of EasyRentGallery.
2.
No variation of the Terms and Conditions set out here will be effective unless agreed in writing by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions (including those relating to the time of payment and artwork) and those issued and submitted be the client and in the absence of any contrary agreement in writing these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
3.
All artwork(s) are supplied on a rental lease and no copyright of any artwork is passed tothe client, unless the artwork in question is otherwise purchased by the client. No copy of any artwork may be made by any means or in any medium whatsoever without the prior written consent of EasyRentGallery.
4.
The rental contract will list all the artwork(s) delivered to the client and in no way should be changed or attempted to be changed. All artwork(s) will be shown to the client for approval and condition checked before it is handed over whenever delivery is made by any EasyRentGallery representative. Any damage thereafter will be paid in full by the client.
5.
All artwork(s) sent through post or by any delivery company from EasyRentGallery to client(s), condition(s) will be checked before leaving and on returning to EasyRentGallery for damages.
6.
Any client receiving artwork(s) thet has been damage while being delivered through post or any delivery company, must inform EasyRentGallery immediately on observing the damage.
7.
The rental fee does not cover the cost if insurance in case of damages, when in the possession of the client, or if the return of the artwork(s) is damaged from the client. These expenses are paid in full by the client.
8.
The rental fee for the rented artwork(s) is based on the payment listed in the rental contract, which must be paid monthly after the first initial minimum period (three months) rental fee on the date agreed in the rental contract between EasyRentGallery and the client is paid.
9.
The first payment of minimum rental time period (three months) must be paid and cleared by EasyRentGallery before the artwork(s) will be delivered/sent to the client in question. After which, the rental contract will indicate the rental amount paid, and the rental period.
10.
If the client wishes to puchase the rented artwork(s), all already paid rental fees will be deducted from the artwork(s) total purchase price.
11.
The artwork(s) must be returned by the stated return date in the rental contract unless an extension on the rental period has been agreed upon in writing. If the client holds any artwork(s) beyond the agreed date stated, the client will be liable to a rental fee as stated in the rental contract.
12.
The artwork(s) are the client's responsibility from the time the client receives it (them) until returned to EasyRentGallery. The artwork(s) may not be copied, changed or altered in any way or transferred to another person's care. The client shall immediately inform EasyRentGallery in writing of any lost, misuse, stolen or damaged to the artwork(s) while in the client's possession.
13.
If any artwork(s) is not returned within the stated returned date in the rental contract, the client shall be liable to pay EasyRentGallery full compensation as stated in the rental contract in respect of each artwork lost, misuse, stolen or damaged.
14.
The returned artwork(s) must suitably package to safeguard the artwork(s) in transit and returned to EasyRentGallery together with an advice note listing the artwork(s) for clearance. Artwork(s) can also be collected by EasyRentGallery if an written contract is made between EasyRentGallery and the client within southern Finland area.
15.
If any of EasyRentGallery payment invoices are not paid by the client in full within 14 days of issue, EasyRentGallery may charge interest on the overdue payment at 15% for that time period, and any other after.
16.
The client's liability for lost, misuse, stolen or damaged artwork(s) is the full purchase price of the artwork(s) in question to be paid to EasyRentGallery.
17.
All rented artwork(s) are the property of EasyRentGallery.
18.
Rented artwork(s) of EasyRentGallery cannot and should not be exhibited in any public facility without written approval, other than the address stated in the rental contract.
19.
All client(s) must show a valid identification card when signing the rental contract.
20.
Client(s) must inform EasyRentGallery immediately if and when contact information changes.
All clients will be granted a seven day grace period after the expiry date shown on the rental contract to return the artwork(s) to EasyRentGallery. If at the end of business on the seventh day that the artwork(s) has not been returned, EasyRentGallery will consider this explicit consent from the client to automatically renew the rental contract for an additional minimum rental period under the same terms and conditions of the rental contract and the rental return policy, starting the day after the expiry date on the previous rental contract.
